Gemma was the adored daughter of Susan and Steve, loving sister to Daniel and devoted partner to Jack.  In lieu of flowers at her funeral, we are asking for donations to Addenbrooke's Charitable Trust.  Addenbrooke's looked after Gemma very well during her health challenges and she coped with her visits there with stoicism and her usual sunny-natured good humour.  Gemma was a big part of so many lives and will be missed forever.
